How does the "check-in" process work?

You schedule regular, convenient check-ins through our service (and mobile app). If you miss a check-in and don't respond to our reminders, our system will, after a pre-set grace period you define, automatically deliver the contents of your relevant vault(s) to your chosen recipients. This ensures help or information is dispatched only when genuinely needed.
